The Madera Homeowners' Association contracts with an Association Management company whose role is to provide management of the day to day tasks and responsibilities of our community.  This company is Pinnacle Management, headquartered in Seattle.  The Manager for the Association is Melissa Musser.

Jim's services include:

• monthly site inspections
• oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• oversight and review of monthly Financial Reports
• homeowner correspondence
• enforcement of Rules & Regulations
• management of Association contractors
• preparation of agendas and other materials for Board meetings
• attendance at Board meetings
• assistance with projects as the Board directs.
