As of this writing in July of 2008, Madera boasts an energetic new committee.  This is the Social Committee.

The Social Committee has provided the Board with their operating plan and initial goals:

1)     to compile a "homeowner directory" for all Madera homeowners who would like to  be included in it, and to distribute the directory by e-mail or hard copy,

2)     to put together a "welcome home" packet for each new homeowner which will familiarize newcomers with the area and community, and

3)     to develop ideas for Madera social events and to set a calendar for them.
